A:  The retailer and or dealer are responsible for all product warranties and service work “not the distributors (warehouse distribution center)”, make sure the retailer has a repair facility and staff to service your product.
Q:  I am considering buying a SunL brand product over the internet, what should ask the seller?
A:       ·        Will you support assembly of the product with technical support? 

 ·        If the product is missing parts will you supply them?

 ·        If the product doesn’t operate properly how will you correct the problem?

Q:  I know a great dealer that should carry your product, what should they do?
A:  Contact the nearest SunL brand distributors and ask to speak with a District Sales Manager. The authorized distributors are listed on the Contact Us page on this website.
Q:  I need parts for a SunL brand product and don’t have a retailer and or dealer?
A:  Consumers can buy parts on this website, we are working diligently to update the selection to support owners without retailer and or dealers.

A:       ·        All electric powered products are allowed in California .

 ·        Gas powered products are not allowed in California unless clearly stated on the product description as CARB approved. CARB is the abbreviation for California Air Resources Board.

Q:  Should I as a consumer assemble a SunL brand product?
A:     ·          All Gas powered Go-Karts, Scooters, Motorcycle, ATV’s and Dirt bikes require a skilled assembly.

·          All products should receive a pre-operational inspection by someone skilled with an operational   dynamic understanding to assure safe operations.

·          It depends on your previous success at assembly to a large degree, usually electric scooters, mobility, generator and garden products are fairly simple with retailer and or dealer phone support if needed.
